After you have uploaded your video to YouTube (or another similar service) copy the 'embed' code that they provide to you. In the admin go to Pages and then Add or the Detail of an existing page. View the 'Source' and then you can paste the YouTube code in place. Click Add or Update and preview the page to see it in action.
