Create a new section called Blog (it can actually be named anything) and set the Blog Style Pages equal to 'Yes'.  This will display multiple articles from one section in one long scrolling page. The number of articles is equal to the page list count found in Admin > Preferences.

If you would like readers to be able to comment on the articles, make sure to set the Page Comments option to Yes in the Section Detail.
