1. Type the text which will become the link, like the document name or 'Click here to download'

2. Use your cursor and select the text

3. Click the Insert/Edit Link icon

4. Click the "Upload" tab in the popup

5. Browse your hard drive and click Send it to the Server

6. Click OK. Popup will close.

7. Finish editing your text. Then click Add or Update on the main window

The text becomes a link directly to the uploaded file.
