I would like to add an administrator to be able to add some metatags, what type of group do you recommend setting up for that?
Create a new group (Admin > Groups) and give permissions for the Pages tabs and subtabs only. That would allow the new administrator to add or edit pages, or more specifically edit the meta tags on those pages.
